Nij solution make shell and tube type heat exchanger designed as per GMP standard. Shell and Tube type heat exchanger (STHE) parts can perform as per designed considerations to achieve higher efficiency.
STHE can be designed two types as per both cooling and heating media’s flow direction as parallel type and cross flow. STHE’s baffles are designed to create higher turbulence of desired media to make media to stay longer contact of both media for better heat exchange.
Baffles are used to support the tubes against damage and vibration also inside the STHE. Based on number of pass for the fluid to travel through the heat exchanger it can be categorized further single pass, multi pass, split type, divided flow type, kettle type.
We make Heat exchanger with material M.S., SS 304, SS 304L, SS 316, SS 316L.
